I'm Still At It

Starting over at 65

I'm stillat it.

I'm Robert. I got in great shape, then I got really sick and lost a lot of it. Now I'm rebuilding my legs, my muscle and my protein habits, and keeping my brain sharp. Every guide and tool I use along the way ends up here.

About

Why I'm doing this in public

I'm 65 and I live in Arkansas. I work with athletes over 50, so I see every year what's possible at this age. This summer I got sick and lost ground I'd worked hard for.

So I'm starting over, and I'm sharing all of it: what the research says, what I'm testing, what works and what doesn't. If life has knocked you down a few times, you're welcome here.
